  <p>Information: Dallas James Paugh, 78, of Cottageville, formerly of Barrackville and Fairview, was dead on arrival April 9 at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, following a short illness.  He was an Army veteran and a retired coal miner.  He attended Cottageville United Methodist Church and was a member of the Bethesda Baptist Church in Barrackville.  Surviving:  wife, Anna Marie Claire Paugh; son, Thomas of Tampa, Fla.; daughter, Priscilla Straight of Barrackville; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.  Service will be 11 a.m. today (Wednesday) at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Wayne Hinzman officiating.  Graveside services will be 3:30 p.m. today at Fairview Cemetery.    (son of Emmett and Minnie Alltop Paugh)</p>
