  <p>Information:    Mrs. Lucy Gibson Patterson, 95, of Follansbee, died Monday in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley after a long illness.       She was a retired schoolteacher from Brooks County.  She attended Fairmont State Normal School and West Liberty State College.  She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Follansbee, Brooks County Retired Schoolteachers Organization, Follansbee Study Club and Hilltop Woman&#39;s Club at Follansbee.       Surviving; sons; Chester G. Patterson of Weirton, Robert M. Patterson of Fort Myers, Fla,; daughter, Martena Kessel of Ripley; nine grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.       Services will be held Thursday at 11 a. m. at the Chamber James Funeral Home, Follansbee.        James Funeral Home, Follansbee will be in charge of service and burial. Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley is in charge of local arrangements.</p>
