  <p>Information: Carolyn Vealey Patrick, 34, of Kenna, died Jan. 17, 1988, in Jackson General Hospital after a short illness.  She was a member of Ripley Baptist Temple and the Christian Women&#39;s Club, Charleston.  She was a graduate of Washington Bible College in Maryland and Child Evangelical Fellowship, Warrington, Mo.  Surviving:  husband, Dack Newberry Patrick; son, Dack III at home; daughters, Carly Beth and Christina Noel, both at home; parents, Jack and Jean Dolan Vealey of Kenna; brothers, Carl Vealey and Jeffrey Vealey, both of Kenna; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Okla Dolan of Kenna.  Service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Ripley Baptist Temple, with the Rev. Brad Winkler officiating.  Burial will be in Grasslick Cemetery, Kenna.  Friends may call at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley.</p>
