  <p>Information: W. Milford Parsons, 84, of Westmoreland Manor, Greensburg, Pa., formerly of Jackson County, died Aug. 26, 1987 in Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.  He was born Aug. 9, 1903, in Jackson County, a son of the late Fred and Georgiana Riddle Parsons. He was a member of Mt. Zion Methodist Church, Spencer.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lydia Rhodes Parsons, in 1958.  Surviving:  two daughters, Mrs. Eleanor Greathouse of Sandyville, Mrs. Marlen (Linda) McGee of Brigham City, Utah; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Woodrow Parsons of Millersburg, Ohio; three sisters, Mrs. Nadine Miller of Liverpool, Mrs. Vera Richmond and Mrs. Irene Syhock, both of Millersburg, Ohio.  There was no visitation. Graveside memorial services and interment will be held at the Mt. Zion Cemetery, Spencer, on Sunday, Sept. 6, 2 p.m. with the Rev. Wayne Hinzman officiating.  Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Mt. Zion Methodist Church, Spencer, WV.  John L. Bash Funeral Home, 152 Abbe Place, Delmont, Pa., is in charge of arrangements.</p>
