  <p>Information:      Virgie Marie Parsons Parsons, 76, of Stone Lick Road, Kenna, died Thursday at the home of her son, Marshall Parsons, of Kenna, after an extended illness.  She was a lifelong resident of Jackson County, born May 8, 1899, daughter of the late Charles and Crissie Mangus Parsons and was a member of Stone Lick Methodist Church.  Survivors include her husband, Adam Roy Parsons; three sons, Mayford of Akron, O., Marshall of Kenna, and Paul of Ripley; five daughters, Willadeen Skeen of Ripley, Cathleen Burdette and Ruth Burdette, both of Akron, Ruby Hersman of St. Louisville, O., and Janet Boggess of Kenna; one brother, Guy W. Parsons of Tippacanoe, O.; 19 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.  Services were held Saturday at Parsons Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Herman Gandee officiating.  Burial was in Fairplain Cemetery. </p>
