  <p>Information: Mrs. Virgie Kiser Parsons, 81, of Fostoria, Ohio, formerly of Roane county, died Sunday in a nursing home at Newport, Ohio.  She was a member of the Fairview Methodist Church.  Surviving are three sons, E. B. of Parkersburg, Ralph of Ripley, and Frederick of Tokyo, Japan; five daughters, Mrs. Bessie Harper of Harmony, Mrs. Fred O&#39;Brien of Sistersville, Mrs. Haze Reed of Spencer, Mrs. Harold Worley of Fostoria, and Mrs. George Walker of New Albany, Indiana; one brother, L. W. Harper of Fairview; 21 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.  Services will be held at 10 am Tuesday at the Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer (Roane Co.) by the Rev. Alonzo Harmon.  Burial will be in the Ferrell Cemetery, Roane Co. WV.        (Betty Kessel McIntyre)</p>
