  <p>Information:      Russell Cleo Parsons, 82, of Spencer, formerly of Harmony, died Sunday in Roane General Hospital, folowing a long illness.  He was born, November 27, 1903,  at Kenna, a son of the Arch Asbury and Cora Bell Gibson Parsons.  He was a retired farmer and a member of the Fairview United Methodist Church, near Harmony.  Surviving are his wife; Macie Ray Parsons; sons, Sherman Parsons and Eugene Parsons, both of Harmony, and Burton Parsons of Kentuck; daughters, Emogene DeWeese and Verla Myers, both of East Canton, Ohio, Geraldine DeWeese of Kenna; stepson, Charles Shouldis of Harmony; five sisters, Mrs. Vada Smith and Mrs. Esta Parsons, both of Charleston, Wavie Shields and Ollie Harris, both of Ripley, and Erma Casto of Kentuck; two brothers, Winford of Charleston and Richard of Kenna; 16 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by one son and one stepson.  Service were Tuesday at Sinnett Funeral Home, Spencer with Rev. Orville Walker officiating.   Interment was in Ferrell Cemetery, near Harmony.</p>
