  <p>Information: Robert H. ""Bob"" Parsons, 79, of Sandyville, Jackson County, was dead on arrival Friday at Jackson General Hospital in Ripley.  He was a member of the Mount Hope Church of God in Sandyville and a retired farmer.  Surviving: wife, Emma Jane Miller Parsons; sons, Veril D. of Newport News, Va., and Cecil E. of Sandyville; daughter, Mrs. Laurena Burdette of Melbourne, Fla,: brother Holley F. Parsons of Melbourne, Fla.,;  sisters, Mrs. Nancy Parrish of Sandyville and Mrs. Rosa Burroughs of Akron, Ohio; 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.  Service will be at 3 p.m. today at the Mount Hope Church of God in Sandyville with the Rev. Lincoln Jones and the Rev. Creel Kerns officiating.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  The body is at the Parsons Funeral Home in Ripley where friends may call.</p>
