  <p>Information:      Richard Parsons, 76, of Kenna, died August 5, 1992, at CAMC Memorial Division, following an extended illness. He was born August 21, 1915, in Kenna, a son of the late Arch A. and Cora B. Gibson Parsons.  He retired from Libby-Owens-Ford Glass Plant.  He was a member of the Goodwill Church.  Surviving wife, Mrs. Mamie Casto Parsons; one daughter, Mrs. Patsy Sharp of Fancy Gap, VA.; two sons, Sattis Parsons of Kenna and Starling Parsons of Winfield; one sister, Mrs. Wavy Shields of Ripley; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by one daughter, Phyllis Jean Fisher, six brothers and seven sisters.  Service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, August 8, at Parsons Funeral Home with the Rev. Don Hinzman and Rev. S.R. Parsons, Jr., officaiting. Burial will be in Fairplain Cemetery. </p>
