  <p>Information: Otho Dayton Parsons, 69, of Liverpool, died Friday at Jackson General Hospital.  Born in Jackson County, he was the son of the late Henry and Maggie Merical Parsons.  He was a retired employe of the United Fuel Gas Co., and attended the Frozen Camp Baptist Church.  He is survived by his wife, Opal Williams Parsons; one brother, Moody of Gay; seven sisters, Dollie Tolley of Liverpool, Stella Stalnaker of Pt. Pleasant, Ellen Garrett of Ripley, Golda Fields of Ripley, Lena Fields of Belgrove, Velma Gainer of Pennsboro, and Melva Fields of Statts Mills.  Funeral services were held Sunday at the Parsons Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. D. C. Guthrie officiating.  Burial was in Jackson County Memory Gardens.</p>
