Information: Opal Minnie Parsons, 65, of Liverpool, died Monda at home after a long illness.  She was the daughter of the late Preston Allen and Josephine Daily Williams.  She was a housewife and attended Mt. Zion Church in Roane County.  She is survived by several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Otho Parsons.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, 11 a.m. at Parsons Funeral Chapel.  Burial will be in Jackson Memory Gardens.  Friends may call after 1 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Parsons Funeral Home.
