  <p>Information: Mrs. Nannie Blankenship Parsons, 83, of Parkersburg, formerly of Ripley, died Thursday at the Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital after a long illness.  She was born in Jackson County, Feb. 7, 1889, daughter of the late Frank P. and Mary Alice (Stout) Baker.  She was a member of the Oak Hill United Methodist (formerly EUB) Church.  She is survived by three nieces, Mrs. Gladys Barr and Mrs. Alice Wilkes of Parkersburg, and Evalee Carmichael of Ashland, Ohio, and by one nephew, Arliage Casto of Parkersburg.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Alexis Parsons.  Funeral services were held Saturday at the Parsons Funeral Home in Ripley with the Rev. Mickel Wick and the Rev. Vairl Winters officiating.  Burial was in the Fairplain cemetery.</p>
