  <p>Information: Mildred Hazen (Casto) Parsons, 74, of Given, died Sunday, Aug. 3, at Ravenswood Care Center after a long illness.  She was the daughter of the late O. H. Casto and Elva Battrell Casto, also the wife of the late Charles Webster ""Web"" Parsons.  She was a housewife, a member of the Parchment Chapel United Methodist Church and a member of the Given Ladies Aid.  Survivors include two sons, Lowell Parsons of Dallas, Texas, Bernard Parsons of Given; four brothers, Milford Casto of Dunbar, Dale Casto of South Charleston, Bernard Casto of Evans, Arthur Casto of Pt. Pleasant; two sisters, Marie Casto of Ripley, Ardella Casto of Cross Lanes; three grandchildren, Miss Kim Parsons and Mr. Chris Parsons, both of Texas and Mr. Jason Parsons of Given.  Services will be held today (Wednesday) at 11 a.m. in the Parsons Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. William Sullivan officiating.  Burial will be in the Given Cemetery.</p>
