  <p>Information: Marjorie B. Parsons, 90, of Winter Haven FL, formerly of West Virginia, departed this life Tuesday, January 15, 2002, in Ormond Beach FL.  She was born February 12, 1911, in Reedy, a daughter of the late Frank L. and Blanche Tallman Ball.  She was retired, a Registered Nurse, a homemaker and a Methodist by faith.  She is survived by a sister-in-law, Freda Ball, of Ormond Beach; several nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Parsons; and son, Allen Lee Parsons.  Graveside services were held Tuesday in the Otterbein Cemetery in Evans, with the Rev. Ken Krimmel officiating.  Arrangements were handled by Casto Funeral Home in Evans.</p>
