  <p>Information: Margaret Evelyn Parsons,68, of Ravenswood, died Friday evening at the Charleston Memorial Hospital after a short illness.  Mrs. Parsons was born in Roane County, a daughter of the late John and Mary Grady Tallman.  She was a member of the Ravenswood First Bapist Church and was a foster grandmother at the North Elementary Grade School.  Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Marian Hupp of Wilding, W. Va.; a niece, Mrs. Suzanne Hupp of Wilding; a nephew, William Hupp of Wilding; and two grandnephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Parsons, in 1976.  Services were Monday at the Straight-Tucker Funeral Home with the Rev. Allen Johnson officiating.  Burial was in the Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
