  <p>Information: RIPLEY - Mrs. Mamie Parsons, 78, of Ripley died yesterday at her home after a short illness.  Mrs. Parsons was a member of Epworth Methodist Church here, the WSCS, the Ripley Eastern Star Lodge, the Parkersburg White Shrine and Oriental Shrine, and was a charter member of Ravenswood Shrinette Club.  Surviving:  sons, Staats and Talmadge Parsons of Ripley; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  Service will be held tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. in Epworth Methodist Church by the Revs. Paul Beal and Robert Evans.  Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery here with Eastern Star graveside rites.  The body is at Vail Funeral Home here.</p>
