Information: MRS. J. M. PARSONS DIES AT CHARLESTON - Mrs. Malissa Barnett Parsons, 86, widow of the late J. M. Parsons, died at a Charleston hospital last Thursday.  Formerly of Rockcastle she had lived at Leon for several years.  Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. George Rairden of Leon, Hattie M. Bowles of Charleston, Mrs. James M. Rairden of Charleston and Mrs. Scott Smith of Beaver Falls, Pa.; two sons, C. O. Parsons of Charleston and C. H. Parsons of Victor; 12 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Emily Parsons of Ripley and Mrs. Alice Parsons of Kenna; and one brother, Oscar Barnett of Ripley.
