  <p>Information:      Lowell Webster Parsons, age 76, passed away on Tuesday, Febraury 19, 2019, at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Denton, Texas.         Lowell (PeeWee) was born in Given, West Virginia on January 21, 1943, to Charles Webster and Mildred Hazel Casto Parsons.   He graduated from Ripley High School in Ripley, West Virginia, in 1960.           He went on to work for Union Carbide in Charleston, West Virginia before moving to Texas.  There he began working for Texas Instruments and met his wife, Ann.  After a long and successful career, Lowell retired from Texas Instruments/Raytheon.         He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Ann: daughter, Kim and her fiance Daniel; son, Chris, his wife Kelly and beloved granddaughter Skylar.  He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins in Alabama and West Virginia.         Lowell loved to race cars, spending many nights at the Devil&#39;s Bowl Speedway.  He had an amazing sense of humor and dry wit.       </p>
