  <p>Information: Funeral services for Mrs. Lillie May Parsons, 77, of Parkersburg, Rt. 4,who died Monday at her home, were held Thursday at the Franklin Memorial Chapel on Camden Avenue.  The Rev. Ralph Mahoney officiated with burial in Arlington Memorial Gardens.  Born in Jackson County, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Elizabeth Ann Waugh and prior to moving to Wood County she was a resident of Given.She was a member of the Baptist Church.  Survivors include one son, William Arthur Parsons, Parkersburg; two daughters, Mrs. Opal Nicholson, Hanover, Pa., and Mrs. Beulah Kirkpatrick, Martinsburg; three sisters Mrs. Mamie Crane, East Liverpool, Ohio; Mrs. Beulah Ish, Cleveland, Ohio, and Mrs. Amy Bass, Radner, Ohio; two brothers, Harry Waugh, Ostanger, Ohio and Howard Waugh, Cincinnati, Ohio; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Holly Parsons, one son, Darrell and several brothers and sisters.</p>
