  <p>Information: Johnie Lester Parsons, 76, of Middleport, Ohio, died April 13, 1987, in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, Ohio.  He was a retired construction worker and an Army veteran of World War II.  Surviving:  stepson, Thomas Glenn, address unavailable; sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Duff of Hurricane, Mrs. Agatha Casto of Charleston, Mrs. Gracie Blue of South Charleston, Mrs. Grovie Lanham of Dunbar, Mrs. Geneva Shackelford of Phoenix, Ariz., Mrs. Betty Gilkey of Middleport, Ohio; brother, Richard of Dayton, Ohio; two step-grandsons.  Service was Thursday in Rawlings-Coats-Blower Funeral Home, Middleport, with the Rev. Glenn McMillan officiating.  Burial was in Hickory Grove Cemetery, Kenna.</p>
