  <p>Information:      Miss Iva Ellen Parsons, 57, residing with her niece, Mrs. Gerald Gandee, Jackson Ave., Ripley was pronounced dead on arrival at Jackson General Hospital on Friday, October 17, 1969.  She was born February 14, 1912, in Jackson County, a daughter of the late Arch A. and Cora B. Gibson Parsons and a member of Stone Lick UM  Church.  Survivors include four brothers, Roscoe and Richard, Kenna, Winifred Parsons, Dunbar, and Cleo Parsons, Vickers; seven sisters; Mrs. Erma Casto, Kentuck, Mrs. Esta Parsons and Mrs. Vada Smith, both of Charleston, Mrs. Wavy Shields, Mrs. Ollie Harris and Mrs. Lucy Parsons, all of Ripley, and Mrs. Verna Mangus, Canton, O.  Funeral services were conducted Sunday at the Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Orville Walker, officiating.  Burial was in the Parsons Cemetery, Stone Lick.</p>
