  <p>Information: Isaac D. ""Cuzz"" Parsons, 71, of Ripley, died Friday, Oct. 27, 1995, in Jackson General Hospital after a long illness.  He was retired from Libby-Owens-Ford and was a member of Grass Lick Baptist Church of Ripley.  Surviving:  wife, Ilene Parsons; son, Doyle, Jr. of Evans; daughters, Lula Belle Walters of Ripley, Karen Hart of Medina, Ohio; half-brother, Tallmadge Skeen of Kenna; sisters, Virginia Melhorn of Fairplain, Freda Westfall of Ravenswood; half-sister, Maria Garrett of Ripley; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.  Services were Sunday at Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Orville Walker and the Rev. Bill McMorran officiating.  Burial was in Fairplain Cemetery.          NOTE:  Issac Doyle Parsons was born February 3, 1924.</p>
