  <p>Information: Irene E. Parsons, 85, of Melbourne, FL, died Sept. 17, 1994 at Holmes Regional Nursing Center.  She was born in Ripley WV, a daughter of the late Richard and Vena Harpold Ferguson.  She was a retired electronics secretary and was a charter member of Hope United Methodist Church and Ixora Circle of the Melbourne Gardens Club.  Survivors include her daughters, Billie Rhodes and Betty Johnson, both of Melbourne; sister, Phyllis Creque of OH; seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond ""Red"" Parsons and several brothers and sisters.  Services were held at Florida Memorial Funeral Home with the Rev. Marc Rhodes officiating.</p>
