  <p>Information: Henry Jackson Parsons, 62, of Walton, died Jan. 4, 1993, at his residence following a brief illness.  He was born in Advent, Jackson County, a son of the late James and Ora Payne Parsons.  He was a retired laborer.  Surviving are two stepsons, Sonny Elmore of Gay and Clyde Gibson of Dunbar; one stepdaughter, Cora ""Sis"" Myers of Jackson County; one sister, Mary Harper of Spencer; several stepgrandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Zelphia Gibson Parsons and two brothers, Lawrence Parsons and Ralph Parsons.  Services 1 p.m. today at Sinnett-Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Richard W. Perrine officiating.  Burial will be in Jordan Cemetery, Advent.</p>
