  <p>Information: Word has been received in Ripley of the death of Guy Wilson Parsons, 71, of Northampton, Ohio.  He was born at Kenna, the son of the late Charles and Emma Mangus Parsons.  He was the brother of the late Virgie Parsons.  He had been a resident of Northampton for twenty years and the Akron area most of his life.  He was an engineer with the Akron Division of the B&O Railroad for 35 years, retiring in 1964.  He was a member of the Northampton United Methodist Church, the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and was a founder of the Retail Clerks&#39; Local 698.  He had served as a Justice of the Peace and as a member and president of the Northampton Board of Education.  He is survived by wife Ruth; daughters Priscilla Fazzino, Northampton, Joyce Schmidt of Pittsburgh, Pa.; sons Charles E. of Fairfax, Va., and Robert P. of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; 15 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brothers, Webster Cummings of Northampton and Sherman Cummings of Tallmadge, Ohio; sister, Cynthia Murphy, Florida.  Services were held at Cuyahoga Falls with burial at Northampton Cemetery.</p>
