  <p>Information: George Winfred Parsons, 71, of Charleston, died Sunday in Boone Memorial Hospital, Madison, after a short illness.  He was a retired employee of Libbey-Ownes-Ford glass plant with 40 years&#39; service.  Surviving:  son, Mark of Charleston; daughter, Mrs. Linda Cantley of Foster; brother, Richard of Kenna; sisters, Mrs. Esta Parsons of Charleston, Mrs. Veda Smith of Dunbar, Mrs. Erma Casto of Belgrove, Mrs. Wavy Shields and Mrs Ollie Harris, both of Ripley, three grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. today (Wednesday) in Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Earl Jordan and the Rev. S. R. Parsons, Jr. officiating.  Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Park, Dunbar.</p>
