  <p>Information: George Clair Parsons, 79, of 714 Park Ave., Charleston, died Friday May 1, 1987, in Memorial Division, CAMC, after a short illness. He was born September 5, 1907, in Jackson County, a son of the late Lloyd and Estelle Hustler Skeen Parsons.   He was retired from The Charleston Gazette circulation department and he was a member of Boyd Memorial Christian Church.  Surviving:  wife, Esta Louise Parsons; daughter, Mrs. Pauline Mundy of Ormond Beach, Fla.; sons, Bill of Frankfort, Ind., and Michael of St. Petersburg, Fla.; sister, Mrs. Gaye Tackett of Cross Lanes; brothers, Carl W. of Kenna and Otho of Ripley; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. Monday at Bartlett-Burdette-Cox Funeral Home with the Rev. Lester Ringham officiating.  Burial will be in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
