  <p>Information:                  	  		  			  			  			  		  	        PARSONS, Garnet K.  Service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Dunbar Church of the Nazarene, with the Rev. Franklin W. Goff offi­ciating. Burial will be in Koontz-Scherr Cemetery, Goldtown. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. to­day at the church. Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, is in charge of arrange­ments. Parsons, 84, of Dunbar died May 3, 1994 at home after a long illness.         Garnet Koontz Parsons, 84, of Dunbar died Tuesday, May 3, 1994 at home after a long illness.  She was a homemaker and a member of Dunbar Church of the Nazarene.  She was formerly of Fairplain.  Surviving:  husband, the Rev. H. Bryan Parsons; brother, Denna Koontz of Kenna; sister, Sada Landfried of Kenna.          </p>
