  <p>Information: RIPLEY - Fred W. D. ""Sunny"" Parsons II, 63, of Ripley, died Wednesday, March 19, in the loving home of his fiancee, Joy Hall, in Ripley.  He was born in Ripley, a son of Marion Goodman Parsons of Ripley and the late Fred W. D. Parsons I.  He was a sales representative for Wal-Mart in Ripley.  He was a former member of the Ripley Rotary Club and a member of Epworth United Methodist Church in Ripley.  Surviving in addition to his mother are:  four sons, Fred W. D. ""Rick"" Parsons III of Lafayette, Louisiana, David Hughes of Toledo, OH, Greg Scott of Defiance, Ohio and Craig Shawn Parsons of Liberty Center, Ohio; one sister, Ethlyn Parsons of Ripley; nine grandchildren and one great-grandson.  Services were held Friday at Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home in Ripley with the Rev. Hubert Groves and the Rev. Ken Krimmell officiating.  Burial was in Fairplain Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Oliver D. Kessel Scholarship Fund, c/o Ripley Rotary Club, 122 Highlawn Heights, Ripley, WV 25271 or to Epworth United Methodist Church Elevator/Organ Fund, corner of North and Church Streets, Ripley WV 25271.</p>
