  <p>Information: KENTUCK - Everett Lawrence Parsons, 72, of Kentuck, Jackson County, died Feb. 24, 1994, at Jackson General Hospital after a short illness.  He was retired from Union Carbide with 25 years&#39; service.  He was owner and operator of Parson&#39;s Produce for 17 years and was an Army veteran of World War II.  Surviving:  wife, Nell Jean Johns Parsons; sons, Gary Wayne and Jerry Oscar, both of Kentuck, Keith Lawrence of Charleston; daughter, Linda Jean Sayre of Cabin Creek; sisters, Lura Tolley of Scott Depot, Ruth Daoust of Ripley, Hattie Morrison of Kentuck; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. Monday at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston, with the Rev. Orville Walker officiating.  Burial will be at Parsons Cemetery, Kentuck.  Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
