Information:      Miss Evangia Parsons, 77, of Roanoke, Va., formerly of Logan, W.Va., died Friday (1979) in a Roanoke nursing home.  She was born  February 26, 1902, in Jackson County, a daughter of Ballard Rossett and Selby Angus Paugh Parsons.  She was a retired clerk for a Logan County Justice of the Peace.  She was a member of the Nighbert Memorial Methodist Church.  There are no known survivors.  Service was held Monday in Honaker Funeral Home, Logan, with the Rev. Norman Morgan officiating.  Burial was in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Pecks Mill.
