  <p>Information: Eula E. Parsons, 93, 336 Church St., Ripley, died Saturday, April 28, 1990, at home after a long illness.  She was born in Gay, a daughter of the late Everette Clinton and Winnie Moore Board.  She was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church, Ripley.  Surviving:  sons, Harry H. and Ernest H., both of Ripley; daughters, Irene Casto and Anita Kessel, both of Ripley, Dorothy Hamon of St. Albans; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.  Service was held Tuesday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Alvin Angle officiating.  Burial was in Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Epworth United Methodist Church, North and Church Streets, Ripley.</p>
