  <p>Information:      RIPLEY-Ethel Floy Vannoy Parsons, 89, died July 30, 1997, at the Charleston Area Medical Center&#39;s Memorial Division.          She was born August 13, 1907, in Jackson County, a daughter of the late Ephrum and Clara Jane Litton Vannoy.  She was a homemaker, and a member of Hickory Grove United Methodist Church and attended Calvery United Methodist Church.  She was an avid quilter.         Surviving: daughters, Monnie Landis of Ripley, Mildred Hunt of Columbus and Juanita Skeen of Vienna; 8 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.         She was preceded in death by her husband Roscoe L. Parsons; one son, Dale Parsons; two daughters, Gladys Jordan and Mamie Skeen; a granddaughter, Angela Renee Jordan; a son-in-law, James Franklin Skeen; a sister, Blance Surface; two half brothers, Jesse and Charles Vannoy; and one half sister, Gladia Fields.          Services will be 11 a.m. today (Saturday), Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, the Rev. Hurbert Groves officiating.  Burial Jackson County Memory Gardens, Cottageville.         Memorials may be made to the Calvery United Church Building Fund, 205 Court Street, Ripley, WV  25271.     </p>
