  <p>Information:      Mrs. Esta Louise Parsons, 78, of Charleston, died Sept. 30, 1987 in Memorial Hospital, Ormond Beach, Fla., after a short illness.  She was born October 28, 1908 in Jackson County, a daughter  of the late Arch Asbury and Cora Bell Gibson Parsons.  Serviving:  daughter, Mrs. Pauline Mundy of Ormond Beach; sons, Bill of Frankfort, Ind., Michael of St. Petersburg, Fla.; sisters, Mrs. Ollie Harris and Mrs. Wavy Shields, both of Ripley, Mrs. Emma Casto of Kentuck, Mrs. Bodie (Vada) Smith of Dunbar; brother, Richard Parsons of Kenna; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband,  George Clair Parsons.  Service was Saturday at Bartlett-Burdette-Cox Funeral Home with the Rev. Lester Ringham officiating.  Burial was in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens.</p>
