Information: SANDYVILLE LADY DIES MONDAY - Funeral services were held on Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Independence Church at Sandyville for Mrs. Sarah Frances Blake, 69, of Sandyville, who died Monday in the St. Joseph's Hospital after a short illness.  She was born Sept. 24, 1895, a daughter of the late Albert and Alice Kittle Duke, an was a member of the Odaville Church of Christ.  Surviving are her husband, J. E. Blake; six sons, Dale L. and Paul B. Blake, both of Sandyville, Curtis G. Blake, Burning Springs, Delmer E. Blake, Charleston, Wayne R. Blake, Akron, Ohio, and Clair W. Blake of Columbus, Ohio; two daughters, Mrs. H. F. McGrew, Huntington, and Mrs. Cora Dogman of Alliance, Ohio.  Also surviving are one brother, E. R. Duke of Sandyville; three sisters, Mrs. Amy Niebur, Wheeling, Mrs. Lucy Gibbons, Nelsonville, Ohio and Mrs. Eleanor Little of Greensburg, Ohio; 17 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.  Evangelist Eugene Conger conducted the service with burial in the Independence cemetery.  The Vail Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
