  <p>Information: Ernie W. Parsons, 80, of Gay, died Friday at Gordon Hospital in Spencer.  Funeral sevices were held Monday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley.  The Rev. Everett Epling officiated, and burial was in Napier Cemetery.  Parsons was a member of the Napier Church.  Surviving are his widow, Etta M. Parsons; three sons, Floyd of Gay, Wilbert of Washington, WV, and Herman of Ripley; five daughters, Mrs. Goldie Rhodes of Gay, Mrs. Elva Stewart of Marietta, Ohio, Mrs. Audrey Kiger of Vienna, Mrs. Stella Leach of Parkersburg and Mrs. Norma Allen of Springfield, Ohio; one brother, Clinton of Newell , Ohio; two sisters, Mrs. Icie VanFossen of Newell, Ohio and Mrs. Della Boggs of Elizabeth; and 35 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.</p>
