Information:      Mrs. Doris Roberta Parsons, 45, of Given, died Wednesday, Sept 4, 1974, in Jackson General Hospital after a short illness.  She was born March 23, 1929, a daughter of Mrs. Willard Sayre Casto and the late Lionel Casto.  She was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church and the Ladies Aid Society of the church.  Surviving: daughters, Debra Lynn and Doris Charlene, both of Given; mother, Mrs. Willard Casto of Given; brother, Armour Casto of Fairplain.  Service was held Saturday in Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Vairl Winter officiating.  Burial was in Given Cemetery.
