  <p>Information: Dennis Wesley Parsons, 69, of Walton, died Sunday in Jackson General Hospital.  He was born in Jackson County, a son of the late Asbury and Mary Etta Ashby Parsons, and was a retired farmer.  Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Iva Hay Parsons; two sons, Waldo Parsons of Gandeeville and Kenneth Parsons of Goshen, Ind.; eight daughters, Mrs. Marie White, Mrs. Rosalie Payne and Mrs. Audrey Nichols, all of Walton, Mrs. Iris Shaffer, Mrs. Ferabelle Martin and Mrs. Marlene Shaffer, all of Gandeeville, Mrs. Wavie Randolph of Kenna and Mrs. Jean Cox of Harmony; one brother, Lloyd Parsons of Advent; four sisters, Mrs. Lilly Harper of Harmony, Mrs. Glenva Payne and Mrs. Marjorie Lanham, both of Sissonville, and Mrs. Anna Davis of Charleston; 27 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  Funeral services were Tuesday at Parsons Funeral Home with the Rev. Guy Smith officiating.  Burial was in Jordan Cemetery at Advent.</p>
