  <p>Information: David Rosco Parsons, 49, of Point Pleasant, the brother of Mrs. Bessie Fultz of Cottageville, died Sunday at home after a long illness.  He was a former employee of the sanitation department of the city of Pt. Pleasant.  Other survivors:  daughters, Sheila Kay and Edna, both of Henderson; sons, David, Park Lee, Michael, all of Henderson; sisters, Mrs. Essie Lane, Mrs. Ruth Bonecutter, Mrs. Wanda Henry, Mrs. Mary Thornton, all of Pt. Pleasant, Mrs. Dorothy McKinney of Springfield, Ohio; brothers, Robert of Racine, Ohio, George of Springfield, Ohio, Buster of Pt. Pleasant.  Service was held Tuesday in Antioch United Methodist Church, Cottageville with the Rev. Ken Coleman officiating.  Burial was in Antioch Cemetery.  Crow-Hussell Funeral Home, Point Pleasant, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
