Information: Chester A. Parsons, 64, of Liverpool, died in Gordon Memorial Hospital Friday morning after a short illness.  He was born Dec. 27, 1910, in Jackson county, son of the late Fred E. and George Williams Parsons.  He was an oil driller in Roane and Jackson counties.  Survivors include his wife, Mildred Ball Parsons; two daughters, Erlene Hasley of Detroit, Mich., and Frances Ann Roma of Westland, Mich.; four sisters, Bernice Deems of Parkersburg, Vera Richmond of Canton, O., Nadean Miller of Liverpool, Irene Sigsbey of Rochester, O.; three brothers, Milford and Royce, both of Ripley, Woodrow of Millersburg, O.; four grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.  Services were held Sunday at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Carl Doddrill officiating.  Burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
