  <p>Information: Charles R. Parsons, 70, of Delaware, O., died Tuesday at Delaware Park Center Nursing Home.  He was the brother of Bertha Barnett of Ravenswood, Lawrence Parsons of Mt. Alto and Harold Parsons of Evans. He was a retired custodian for Foote Mineral Corp.    He is survived by his wife, Clara E.; sons, Edwin R. and Earl R., both of Delaware, O., Charles R. of Pt. Pleasant; daughters, Joann Cunnings, Barbara Eubank, Linda Phillips and Donna Borham, all of Delaware, O., Juanita Reynolds, Gallipolis Ferry, Shirley Williams of Henderson; additional sisters, Gladys and Mabel Crebs, both of Pt. Pleasant; addition brothers, Thomas of New Haven, Robert of Delaware, O.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Services were held Friday at Foglesong Funeral Home, Mason, with the Rev. Bobby Wood officiating.  Burial was in Union Cemetery, Letart.</p>
