  <p>Information: Cecil Edward Parsons, 68, of Sandyville, died June 29, 1988 in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, after a long illness.  He was born Nov. 6, 1919, a son of the late Robert H. and Emma Miller Parsons.  He was the owner of Ace Equipment, Sandyville.  He was retired from Kaiser Aluminum.  He attended Ripley Tabernacle Church and was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.  He was a member of the 351st Bomb Group. Surviving: wife, Lorene Jackson Parsons; sons, Steve of Ravenswood, Roger of Sandyville; five grandchildren.  Service was Friday at Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Paul Parsons officiating.  Burial was in Mount Hope Cemetery.</p>
