  <p>Information: C. W. ""Web"" Parsons, 73, of Given, died Sunday at his home following a sudden illness.  He was born in Given May 8, 1911, a son of the late Gratton and Clara Mae Barnett Parsons.  He was a retired Jackson County school bus driver, a rural mail carrier and a farmer.  Surviving:  wife, Mildred Casto Parsons; two sons, Lowell Parsons of  Garland, Texas, and Bernard Parsons of Given; three grandchildren.  Service will be today 11 a.m. at the Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Jarrold Lanham officiating.  Interment will be in the Given Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.</p>
