  <p>Information: Buster E. Parsons, 65, of Pocatalico and Melbourne, Fla., died Monday in Mercy Hospital, Miami, Fla., after a short illness.  He was a retired employe from Union Carbide with 20 years service, and a former Jackson County schoolteacher.  Surviving:  wife, Iva. H.; sons, Roger E. of Oakland, Md., Bruce P. of Woodbridge, Va.;  sisters, Mrs. Hazel Kiser and Miss Darcel Parsons, both of Kenna, Mrs. Faye Kiser of Kentuck; brother, Waldo Parsons of Kenna; six grandchildren.  Long and Fisher Funeral Home, Pocatalico received the body.  Funeral arrangements are incomplete.  (Jan 21 HERALD)  Burial in Floral Hills Garden of Memories with Rev. Warren Anderson officiating.</p>
