Information: Burns E. Parsons, 60, of Belpre, Ohio, died Monday at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg, after a brief illness.  Born at Frozen Camp, he was a son of Mrs. Rose Parsons, who survives, and the late Kenna Parsons.  He was a member of the Baptist Church, an employee of the Weser Cab Co., a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and had lived at Belpre the past 17 years. Funeral services were held yesterday at the Spencer Funeral Home, Belpre, Ohio.  The Rev. Phillip Newhart officiated, and burial was in the Arlington Memorial Gardens.  In addition to his mother, he is survived by his widow, Mrs. Velma Parsons; two sons, Maurice of Reynoldsburg, Ohio and Merle of Vienna; four grandchildren; one brother, Kenna G. Parsons of Liverpool; four sisters, Mrs. Juanita Rader of Columbus, Ohio; Mrs. Mary Knapp of Belle, Mrs. Jacqueline Shoemaker of Gallipolis, Ohio, and Mrs. June Shinn of Evans.
