  <p>Information: The Rev. H. Bryan Parsons, 88, of Dunbar died Oct 29, 1999 in Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston, after a long illness.  He was a foreman for Libbey-Owens-Ford Glass Co., a member of First Church of the Nazarene, Dunbar, and a 50-year resident of Dunbar, formerly of Fairplain.  He was a minister with 44 years&#39; service, and had served at several area churches.  Surviving:  wife, Pearl Pauley Parsons; sister, Bessie Parsons of Given.  Service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Philip Bowles and the Rev Ned Crouch officiating.  Burial will be in Koontz-Scherr Cemetery, Goldtown.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home</p>
