  <p>Information: Bettie Lou Parsons, 57, of Rt. 1, Liverpool, died Sept. 7, at Charleston Area Medical Center after a short illness.  She was born Oct. 3, 1922 in Roane County, a daughter of Mrs. Crystal Cook Wolfe of Liverpool and the late E. G. Wolfe, Sr.  She was purchasing agent for eight years at Thomas and Wolfe Meat Market and a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church.  Survivors in addition to her mother:  husband, Raymond L. Parsons of Liverpool; son, David A. of Charleston; three daughters, Mrs. Barbara Schaupp of Morgantown, Mrs. Cheryl Vineyard of Charleston and Mrs. Lella Miller of Charleston; one brother, Mr. E. G. Wolfe, Jr. of Liverpool; two sisters, Mrs. Freda Wilson of Ripley and Mrs. Jean Thomas of Ripley; four grandchildren.  Services will be today (Wednesday) at 2 p.m. at the Mill Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Herman Robinson officiating.  Burial will be in the Baptist Grove Cemetery at Liverpool.  Any gifts as a substitute for floral memorials should be made to Mill Creek Baptist Church.</p>
