  <p>Information: A. Chapman (Chap) Parsons, 72, of Worthington, Ohio, died suddenly Thursday, Dec. 1, 1994, at Riverside Hospital.  He was a retired executive director of the Ohio Library Association after 23 years service.  He was a member of Worthington United Methodist Church, a veteran of the U.S. Navy, served in WW II.  He was a 1940 graduate of Ripley High School.  Member and past commander of V.F.W. Worthington Post #2398.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Eloise Parsons.  Survivors:  sons, Gary Parsons and Terry Parsons, both of Worthington; daughters, Sherilyn Andrasko of Amherst, Ohio, Marilyn Lytle of Indianapolis, Indiana; 12 grandchildren; sister, Nancy (Wallace) Parrish of Evans.  Funeral service was Monday, Dec. 5 at Worthington United Methodist Church, Rev. Robert Chiles officiating.  Interment was in Union Cemetery.</p>
