  <p>Information: Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Laura Parsons, 82, wife of Thomas W. Parsons of Charleston, were held from the Fairview Church near Fairplain last Saturday afternoon with the Rev. Lee Shane, pastor of the Calvary Baptist Church of Charleston officiating, and the burial was in the church cemetery.  Mrs. Parsons died at a Charleston hospital on Thursday following a long illness.  She was born at Given and had lived in Charleston for 36 years.  Surviving in addition to her husband are three sons, O. L. and H. Foster Parsons on Charleston, and H. Londis Parsons of Dunbar; a daughter, Mrs. John E. Carver of Charleston; one sister, Mrs. Winifield Casto of Given; a brother, Oral Rollins of Fairplain, 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  (from the obituary collection of Betty Kessel McIntyre)</p>
