  <p>Information:                 Final rites for Al Vinza Parsons, who died at his home in Parkersburg on Tuesday, were conducted Thursday afternoon from the Frozen Camp church with Rev. Floyd Caplinger officiating and interment was in the Lowther Cemetery.  Mr. Parsons is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Parsons; five sons, Jessie, Oshel and Otha, all of Parkersburg, Stewart of Front Royal, Va. and Clellie of Oak Ridge, Tennessee; two daughters, Mrs. Virginia Wilson and Mrs. Belva Lowe, both of Parkersburg; three sisters, Mrs. Ora Miller of Spencer, Mrs. Lucy Miller of Texas and Mrs. Agatha Miller of Akron, Ohio.  (Betty Kessel McIntyre obit collection)</p>
